Tradition reigns supreme at The Miner’s Arms, where the menu centres on comforting pub classics including steak and ale pie, liver & bacon and faggots. There are concessions to creativity too though - with our smoked paprika pork and superb Mediterranean lasagne putting tasty twists on tried-and-tested recipes.


And alongside our moreish main menu, there’s always a great collection of daily chef’s specials to tempt your tastebuds too.


Whatever takes your fancy, we’ve got the perfect ale accompaniment too - with London Pride, Seafarers, HSB and a seasonal ale all on tap at any given time. If you’re not big on beer, don’t worry - we’ve a great range of wines, spirits and soft drinks too.

Looking for something to do after a tasty pub lunch? How about a trip to nearby Fort Nelson – an imposing Victorian fort, home to the Royal Armouries national collection of artillery, The Big Guns.
